Are you ready to influence the trajectory of Amazon's consumer operations? We are seeking a Content Manager to architect, produce, and implement the necessary content to facilitate expansive growth.

In this capacity, you will enable Amazon's selling partners to enhance product availability, optimize costs, accelerate delivery, and promote sustainability for our clientele.

Your role will involve collaboration with various departments across Amazon's global enterprise to create and manage innovative, scalable systems that bolster areas such as operational excellence, product assortment, profitability, and expansion.

You will spearhead enhancements in content accessibility, relevance, engagement, self-service capabilities, and satisfaction metrics. To accomplish this, you will need to integrate strategy, innovation, and technology in a swiftly changing landscape.

The Vendor Experience and Operations team fosters extensive engagement and communication.

We initiate programs, design workflows, and develop tools that empower vendors to autonomously manage and expand their business with Amazon.

We actively seek vendor feedback and strive to perpetually enhance their experience by simplifying interactions with Amazon.

We leverage technology to ensure vendors perform optimally and together we continuously generate greater value for Amazon's customers.


As a Content Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating business cases for program alignment and overseeing the project proposal intake process
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on workflow prioritization and reporting on roadmap progress
  • Designing and executing new automated workflows to stimulate growth at scale
  • Working cross-functionally within Amazon's global consumer operations
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and perpetually refining existing workflows
  • Leading the preparation and execution of new workflow pilot programs
  • Establishing success metrics and assessing outcomes to inform expansion strategies
  • Monitoring performance and deriving actionable insights from extensive data sets
  • Providing recommendations to business stakeholders and driving transformative change
  • Preparing and leading product presentations to enhance global tool adoption


The base salary for this role starts from EUR 1,600+ gross per month, with the final salary contingent upon skills and qualifications.

Additional compensation components may include a signing bonus and eligibility for participation in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Inc. in the USA.

Company benefits are subject to further terms, including annual membership in a medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card, and career development opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics
  • Experience in retail, strategy consulting, digital, or technology sectors
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong business insight coupled with the capacity to comprehend technical implications
  • Meticulous attention to detail and sound business judgment
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from large data sets
  • Team-oriented mindset and readiness to tackle complex, dynamic challenges
  • Demonstrated fluency in French and English communication skills (both spoken and written)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree with a proven track record of delivering results in dynamic and demanding environments
