Job Description

We are seeking an International Mobility Specialist to join our team at AXA. As a key member of our Global HR department, you will play a crucial role in driving our global talent strategy and enhancing the international assignee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advisory services on international assignment-related matters, including immigration, social security, tax issues, and legal constraints.
  • Apply AXA's International Mobility processes and methodology consistently, ensuring compliance with the International Mobility Framework and Service Level Agreement.
  • Proactively coordinate the assignment life cycle with HR and assignees, from departure to repatriation.
  • Review and take responsibility for the accuracy of cost projections, balance sheets, and contractual documents prepared by analysts.
  • Prepare cost projections, balance sheets, and contractual documents as required.
  • Mentor analysts and support the IM Business Partner in escalating critical cases and issues.
  • Participate in transversal projects and analysis.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an international work environment, with a focus on Rewards/International Mobility.
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
  • Tax or Immigration knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, French, or other languages is a plus.
  • Flexible team player.
