Your Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of international mobility policies and procedures that align with the company's global strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide expertise and advisory services on complex international mobility cases, ensuring high-quality work and timely execution.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement talent management initiatives that leverage international mobility.
- Manage and coordinate international mobility processes, including provider management and ad-hoc projects.
- Lead and manage a team of international mobility professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on international mobility and rewards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills in social security, immigration, tax, and labor law fields.
- Ability to thrive in a multinational environment, managing multiple priorities while remaining pragmatic and result-oriented.
- Fluency in English, with French or other languages a plus.
- Excellent people management skills.
