Job Summary

Adone Conseil is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management Consultant Senior to join our team in Paris or Geneva. As a key member of our PLM team, you will be responsible for accompanying our clients' development and industrialization teams in their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the key objectives and challenges of implementing PLM in our clients' organizations.
  • Pilot the selection of the PLM tool, manage relationships with the vendor and potential partners.
  • Lead project meetings, workshops, and committees to specify the solution with project stakeholders.
  • Organize and follow up on functional testing.
  • Train future users during deployment and drive change management throughout the project.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering or PLM, or equivalent technical and functional skills.
  • Strong general IT skills and expertise in one or more industry-specific environments (leather goods, fashion, quality, procurement, etc.).
  • Fluent business English and international mobility.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with PLM solutions (Lascom, Lectra, Centric Software, etc.).
  • Curiosity, rigor, and enthusiasm.
