Role Overview

The IT & Operations department encompasses Operations, Technology, Data, and Procurement functions that support the global business operations of BPCE.

In this role, you will be part of the IT & Operations Business Management division, responsible for overseeing projects, driving IT & Operations business transformation, managing financial resources, and addressing procurement and supplier risk.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating and presenting a comprehensive transformation strategy for CIB IT in collaboration with business units and IT leaders, building upon the groundwork established for the 2026/2030 Strategic Plan;
  • Leading the execution of technology transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, service quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while mitigating technological risks;
  • Steering the cost-saving initiatives and optimization strategies within IT CIB to create the necessary flexibility for financing major information systems transformation projects;
  • Ensuring global alignment with CIB IT teams across geographical regions (APAC, AMER, EMEA) and coordinating with other partner CIOs (Infrastructure & Security, Corporate IT, etc.);
  • Overseeing the governance and tracking of all transformation initiatives in collaboration with senior management (Natixis General Management Committee, CIB Management Committee, IT & Operations Management Committee, BPCE Technology & Operations Management Committee).

You will collaborate with all business lines and support functions of Natixis CIB, both domestically and internationally, within a community of experts that prioritizes excellence, impact, and collective action.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in IT roles and/or managing significant transformation initiatives.

You are knowledgeable in:

  • The CIB (Corporate & Investment Bank) business lines and their associated IT ecosystems;
  • Project management methodologies.

You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, exceptional listening abilities, and are characterized as:

  • A decisive leader with a strategic vision;
  • An effective communicator and facilitator;
  • Capable of working across functions, aligning diverse stakeholders, and driving execution within a matrix structure.

Proficiency in English at a C1 level is required.
