- Budget Management: Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director and General Manager to manage the sales budget effectively.
- Team Leadership: Handle all facets of the sales team, including recruitment, team development, performance management, and capability building.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Manager role within a luxury international hotel brand. A solid understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel management software such as Fidelio, Delphi, or RESERVE is advantageous.
