Position Overview:
As a key member of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation team, the Sales Operations Manager plays a crucial role in executing the sales strategy to achieve the financial objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Oversee the execution of the sales strategy to align with the financial targets of the hotel.
  • Dynamic Role: Engage in a variety of responsibilities that include driving sales initiatives, contributing to the overall hotel strategy, and leading a substantial team.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director and General Manager to manage the sales budget effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Handle all facets of the sales team, including recruitment, team development, performance management, and capability building.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Manager role within a luxury international hotel brand. A solid understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel management software such as Fidelio, Delphi, or RESERVE is advantageous.
