Industrialization and Process Improvement Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization and Process Improvement Technician to join our team at Stradal, a leading manufacturer of concrete products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Industrialization: Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other manufacturing technologies.
