Game Developer

Are you passionate about creating immersive and engaging gameplay experiences? We're looking for a skilled Backend Game Developer to join our team and take charge of developing and maintaining the server-side components of our online casino games.

Your main responsibility will be to develop the game logic and build a robust framework that allows for the seamless implementation of this logic across multiple games. With our pre-built RGS handling most of the integration work, you can focus your energy on bringing the games to life through innovative and engaging gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain server-side components for online casino games focusing on the game logic.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and game designers to implement game features and ensure seamless integration between the client and server.
  • Optimise game performance and scalability to handle high user loads and ensure a smooth gameplay experience.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of backend systems to identify and fix any issues or bugs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the backend architecture and gameplay experience.
Experience and Skills:
  • ~5+ years of professional experience in casino game development.
  • ~ Experience with NodeJs and TypeScript.
  • ~ Experience implementing and testing the maths behind the game.
  • ~ Familiarity with casino game rules and regulations.
  • ~ Understanding of casino game design principles.
  • ~ Understanding of web technologies including RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and JSON.
  • ~ Familiarity with cloud-based systems.
  • ~ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in a distributed environment.
  • ~ Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, game designers, and QA testers.
  • ~ Willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to evolving industry standards, and stay updated with the latest trends in casino game development.
  • ~ Fluent in English.
