Join the People Strategy & Transformation division, comprising over 3,000 professionals worldwide, including 80 consultants, coaches, facilitators, and trainers in France, supported by our subsidiary Carewan by KPMG.


We support our domestic and international clients and their teams in pinpointing and executing HR, technological, organizational, managerial, and cultural transformation strategies to enhance performance and engagement.

HR Manager (People Strategy & Transformation) M/F
Your Responsibilities

Whether working remotely, at the office, or with clients, you will engage in the following initiatives:

  • HR Transformation
  • Selection and implementation of HR technology solutions
  • Talent Management for future job and skill evolution
  • HR M&A
Your Profile


You should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting and/or corporate environments, with proficiency in the aforementioned initiatives.

You have led projects and teams in France and/or internationally within these domains.

Alongside technical expertise, you are recognized for the following attributes:

  • Proficient written and verbal communication in English and French
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with initiative

Location:

You will operate from a dual location under a permanent contract.
