  • ADVISE : Nous accompagnons nos clients dans la transformation de leur fonction RH, à travers une redéfinition de leur organisation RH et de leur digitalisation SIRH

  • IMPLEMENT : Partenaire des principaux éditeurs du marché, nous mettons en place et intégrons des solutions SIRH (SaaS ou On Premise) pour nos clients

VOS MISSIONS

 

En tant que Customer Success Manager, vous êtes rattaché(e) à la Directrice Commerciale du groupe HR Path et vos missions seront les suivantes :

 

  • Fournir un support technique et un conseil aux clients, en leur proposant des solutions et des stratégies qui correspondent à leur besoin
  • Suivre et évaluer la satisfaction des clients et recueillir des commentaires pour améliorer leur expérience
  • Évaluer le feedback des clients et travailler en transverse en interne pour apporter les améliorations nécessaires
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de vente et de développement commercial et travailler avec les forces de vente pour les exploiter
  • Assurer le suivi des clients et l’avancée des différents projets
  • Préparer des rapports et des analyses de données pour informer l'équipe de direction des performances des services

 

 

VOTRE PROFIL

 

  • Issu d’une formation type Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent, vous justifiez, dans l'idéal, d’une première expérience sur un poste similaire
  • Doté(e) d’un excellent sens du relationnel, vous avez un véritable goût pour le challenge et aimez vous surpasser
  • Vous justifiez d’un bon niveau d’anglais (B2 minimum)
