Sales Specialist

HP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Meudon, France. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding and promoting our organization's offerings to potential clients and focusing on contract renewals and extensions.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize various sales and marketing techniques to engage with potential clients and tailor sales pitches and solutions.
- Manage sales pipelines by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales prospects through various stages of the sales process and identify improvement areas.
- Guide junior team members in sales techniques and methodologies, such as consultative selling, relationship building, objection handling, and closing deals.
- Focus on growing contractual renewals, especially for mid-sized accounts with varying levels of complexity, to achieve higher total contract-value renewals while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Ensure adherence to company and industry-specific compliance and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Attend industry events and seminars to stay updated on new techniques and technologies and continuously adapt in a rapidly changing business environment to enhance sales efforts.
- Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and engage with others in a way that fosters understanding and collaboration across teams.
- Comfortable with technology, utilizing digital tools efficiently to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
