Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Insights
- Handle and model large datasets to solve complex problems and answer critical business questions.
- Develop strategies to identify, acquire, and utilize the right data sets to create solutions and support informed decision-making.
- Data Quality and Governance
- Design and execute data quality checks and audits to identify inconsistencies and errors in data sets.
- Develop and implement automated processes to monitor the quality of Critical Data Elements (CDEs) in real-time.
- Data Profiling and Visualization
- Conduct data profiling exercises on new and existing data sets to understand their structure, content, and quality characteristics.
- Craft clear and insightful visualizations to effectively communicate findings and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Lines of Business (LOBs) and Business Units (BUs) to understand their analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and improve business processes.
- Multi-Year experience in collaboration with IT or working within IT department.
- Scrum, OPEX, Six Sigma and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
- Multi-Year experience in financial planning and IT cost management.
- Demonstratable experience in transformation programs; change management trainings.
- Understanding of local and regional labour laws and regulations.
- Multi-Year experience in IT stakeholder or vendor management role.
- Agile Scrum, OPEX, Six Sigma and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
- Training and Experience in a leadership role.
