Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Collaborator to join our team at Hays Montpellier. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
