About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Climate Change Mitigation Professional to join our team. As an ESG Specialist - Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical solutions that address the customer's needs, working closely with the Enterprise Account Executives and Success team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and technical capabilities
  • Keep asking probing questions and never stop learning about climate topics and customer challenges in different industries
  • Demonstrate value for customers with Sweep's product by delivering customized demos, presenting the value of our tools, and collaborating internally on narratives that align with the customer's goals and maturity
  • Deeply understand the customer's business objectives and develop a technology vision and roadmap to align with them
  • Provide technical support during the sales cycle, answering customer questions and addressing concerns

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of decarbonization & climate practices
  • Experience and understanding of the Carbon & ESG/Sustainability industry
  • An understanding of software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space
  • Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide a solution to address the customer's business issues, maturity and technical requirements
  • Storytelling: outstanding presentation skills with the ability to tell a story that speaks to value and resonates with the audience
  • Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in French and English
