Customer Care Leader

As a key member of our team at Château de Pommard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our wine products worldwide. Reporting to our Customer Care and Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing our logistics processes, handling customer requests, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for goods movement, adhering to international regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers and carriers to optimize logistics efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest customs legislation to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain internal procedures to ensure seamless customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics processes and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or customer service in an international context.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and IT tools, with a strong problem-solving attitude.
