Technical Product Manager

Our innovative solutions support all medical and organizational activities in doctors' surgeries, pharmacies, laboratories, and hospitals, contributing to a safer and more efficient healthcare system.
We are seeking a talented Technical Product Manager to drive the development of our product suite for doctors and therapists across Europe. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for defining, building, and growing our platforms and products that solve real problems for healthcare professionals.
Your role will involve working closely with our Engineering teams to construct and deliver on an ambitious technical vision. You will be responsible for providing a product vision, distilled from insights into our users and markets, and aligning and adapting strategy with our VP Product.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining the vision for one or multiple platform components
- Aligning and adapting strategy with the VP Product
- Building and managing the roadmap for one or multiple components of the platforms
- Working with developers to design and launch new core features
- Actively seeking out customer feedback and using it to improve our platforms and plans
- Supporting other Product teams with information and expertise on the components of the platforms
- Identifying key innovations that can support our Products
- Leading the DevX team, responsible for CI pipelines, End-to-End tests, A/B tests
- Leading the FinOps initiative to manage infrastructure costs
We are looking for someone with 5 years of experience in software product management, a technical background, and the ability to work with a team and build alignment without formal authority. You should be familiar with cloud technologies, such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, and have experience with topics like SLAs, Monitoring, Logs, REST APIs, CI/CD chain, etc.
