About the Job

The Network and Storage Product Tribe is a dynamic team of Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers who work closely with developers to design, deploy, scale, and maintain all products within Scaleway's Network and Storage ecosystems. Our goal is to provide cloud products that simplify our clients' lives by enabling them to optimize their network architecture and meet their data storage needs.

As a result, our clients can focus on building their core business applications without having to build their infrastructure from scratch. Our team is responsible for managing a portfolio of products, including Load Balancer, Network Edge products, Private Network, Objects Storage, and Block Storage. We are constantly looking for opportunities to extend our ecosystem and improve our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers in the Network and Storage ecosystem.
  • Develop and articulate a product vision and strategy with the team to guide product development.
  • Own the P&L of each product in your scope.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to deploy and roll out new Network and Storage products.
  • Be an ambassador for product management internally and externally.
  • Lead by example, valuing servant leadership.
  • Improve product team processes and drive the implementation of solutions.
  • Contribute to Product Management and Product Marketing best practices within the team.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in Product Management, including discovery, delivery, client interviews, crafting a product strategy, and implementing it.
  • Experience developing and/or using cloud products and services.
  • Proven management experience, as well as experience coaching/mentoring to make individuals and teams shine.
  • Ability to articulate a clear strategy on a product scope and evangelize it internally.
  • Tenacity and proactivity to carry the product team and drive the implementation and deployment of new products and services.
  • Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Demonstrated track record of setting OKR-driven objectives.
  • Experience with Product Marketing methodologies and collaboration between Product Management and Product Marketing.
  • Experience with Network and/or Storage products.
