Key Responsibilities

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor in a healthcare setting, you will be responsible for crafting daily dining experiences that highlight local and seasonal produce to satisfy our guests. You will lead a dedicated team to uphold customer satisfaction and adhere to food safety regulations. Your role will encompass overseeing the kitchen's daily functions, managing menu development, coordinating food procurement, and scheduling staff. Furthermore, you will supervise a team of four, ensuring that we meet special dietary needs and provide modified food textures. By fostering the professional growth and adaptability of your team members, you will play a crucial role in both their development and the overall success of the organization.

Additional Information:

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday with alternating weekends off
  • Work environment: Healthcare Facility
