Key Responsibilities

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor in a healthcare setting, you will be responsible for crafting daily dining experiences that utilize local, raw, and seasonal ingredients to satisfy our guests. You will lead a dedicated team to uphold customer satisfaction and adhere to food safety regulations. Your role will encompass overseeing the dining establishment's operations, including menu development, ingredient sourcing, and staff scheduling. You will also manage a team of 4 individuals, ensuring that we meet special dietary needs and modified food textures. By fostering the professional growth and adaptability of your team members, you will play a vital role in their development and the overall success of Dupont Restauration.

Additional Information:

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday with alternating weekends off
  • Work environment: Healthcare Facility
  • Service coverage: Lunch and Dinner
