About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Service Manager for Buildings to join our team at Laval Agglomération. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the implementation of strategic orientations in terms of building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various departments and partners involved in building maintenance, including the ateliers bâtiments (prestation en régie) and the gestionnaires techniques du bâtiment (suivi des prestations externalisées).
- Pilot the realization of sanitary diagnostics for buildings, develop a maintenance plan, and ensure the follow-up and updating of building health records.
- Build and manage maintenance and verification contracts, and participate in the preparation of the annual operating budget for the sector.
- Ensure the conformity of services with technical clauses, apply rules and regulations, and control administrative compliance and expenditure.
Requirements
- Cadre d'emplois des attachés or ingénieurs territoriaux, or equivalent experience.
- Diplôme de niveau 6 (Bac+3) minimum or diplôme d'ingénieur in the field of building, construction, or maintenance.
- Experience in similar functions, knowledge of ERP, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
- Permis B indispensable.
Working Conditions
- 39 hours over 5 days with 22 RTT.
- Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Opportunity to work from home 1 day a week.
- Access to a vehicle for regular travel across the territory.
