We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Global OT and Automation Engineering team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class OT solutions that enable manufacturing performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing automation and control systems strategies that align with our Global Engineering strategy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop industry-leading automation and control systems.
- Innovating through technological pilots and deployments of OT solutions for productivity.
- Defining mid-to-long-term projects and capital requirements to develop OT master plans across regions.
- Supporting local teams in identifying risks and remediation plans related to obsolescence.
- Ensuring the right talent and capabilities are in place to meet strategic objectives.
- Communicating and training stakeholders to ensure change management and sustainable deployment of global standards.
Main stakeholders include engineering automation and OT communities, digital and IT teams, global engineering teams, and quality, maintenance, and safety experts.
This role requires a strong background in operational technologies, with experience in processing automation, PLC, SCADA, and industrial servers. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
