At Dassault Aviation, part of the Engineering and Support Division within the General Military Support Directorate, we specialize in the design and development of software solutions for the Maintenance Information System. Our software is essential for monitoring and managing the operational status of aircraft and fleets for both military and civilian customers.
As the Deputy to the Engineering Service Manager located in Bruz, your role will involve supporting the oversight of service operations, particularly for the St Cloud facility.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring optimal performance of the team
- Negotiating resource distribution with project leaders
- Supervising team activities
- Identifying and escalating potential issues or risks
- Implementing business processes within the teams
- Fostering innovation and continuous improvement
- Enhancing team capabilities and overall value

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in project management within the IT sector, with a background in team leadership being advantageous.
