Position Overview

As an Engineering Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing administrative duties such as documentation, filing, and correspondence management.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and necessary documentation.
  • Maintaining logs for equipment operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Overseeing inventory management and ensuring compliance with established policies.
  • Monitoring stock levels and analyzing usage patterns.
  • Implementing strategies to minimize waste and optimize operational costs.
  • Upholding high standards of environmental practices within the organization.
Qualifications

  • Completion of Secondary School along with a Technical College qualification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the hospitality or engineering sectors.
