We are a family-owned vineyard dedicated to producing high-quality wines in the heart of Burgundy. Our 27 hectares of vines, primarily located in Marsannay and Gevrey-Chambertin, are cultivated using non-certified organic practices that prioritize agroecology.
Your Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vineyard Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our vineyard and contributing to the production of exceptional wines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient work schedules for the vineyard team.
- Provide support and guidance to the Vineyard Manager in all aspects of vineyard management.
- Actively participate in manual tasks, demonstrating a hands-on approach to vineyard operations.
- Offer comprehensive support to the team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain meticulous records of daily work activities, ensuring accurate traceability throughout the growing season.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Guyot Poussard pruning techniques, with a preference for gentle pruning methods.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solid agricultural knowledge and practical vineyard management skills.
- Genuine interest in organic farming practices and agroecology principles.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Trailer and heavy goods vehicle licenses would be advantageous.
