Telecom and Signalling Site Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Signalling & Telecom Site Supervisor to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our work, managing site activities, and coordinating with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of our work, including compliance with project design and specifications
- Manage site activities, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Coordinate with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and guidelines
- Optimize resource allocation, including internal and external resources, to meet project objectives
- Develop site-specific plans to integrate into project programs and budgets, in collaboration with the Construction Activity Manager
- Regularly update and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the Construction Activity Manager in ensuring the availability of materials on site, in accordance with the agreed-upon project schedule and timelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, project management, technical control, and site coordination
- Knowledge of signalling, electrical power supply, and traction technology
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and guidelines
- Experience with technical drawing and reporting
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (MS Project would be an asset)
- Valid European driving license, with availability for travel by car
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Availability for long-term assignments on national and international construction projects
- Availability for regular night shifts
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, to work in our international and multicultural environment
