Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Manager to join our team at Dynamis-RH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
    • Tenant the daily accounting (general and analytical)
    • Classifying invoices and accounting documents
    • Reviewing accounts monthly and establishing a semi-annual reporting with justification of stock accounts, fixed assets, general expenses
    • Constituting the semi-annual closing file
    • Calculating the production immobilized each quarter
    • Preparing payments and following up on treasury with production of a weekly Excel report
  • Human Resources Management:
    • Employee administration: collecting and entering variable payroll elements (vacation, expense reports, meal vouchers), formalities for hiring (managing employment contracts, affiliation to mutual and pension funds, managing medical visits, etc.) and departure (with external advice)
    • Tracking employee times
    • Following up on preficir requests, transmitting elements to Leyton, then Neftys
    • Managing administrative relations with third parties with cordiality (suppliers, clients, employees, administration, etc.)
    • Piloting the HR and procurement process for the ISO 9001 standard
    • Organizing general meetings and supervisory councils

Requirements:
