Hotel Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at INNSiDE Paris Charles De Gaulle. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel meets the highest standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.
- Direct and inspire the high performance of hotel teams, continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality, and productive processes and workflow.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of the procedures and policies of Meliá Hotels International in alignment with the strategic plans.
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including training, development, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and control hotel expenses, revenue, and profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and human resources, to achieve hotel goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as Hotel Manager or Resident Manager in airport hotels.
- 360 degrees of Hotel Operations knowledge.
- Hostess profile, able to be front of the operations and guest-focused.
- Attention to detail & a passion for excellence.
- University diploma/degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies).
- International experience is preferred.
- Able to work with an Operations Center.
- Functional knowledge of all department operations.
- Demonstrate ability in Human Resources Management, Talent Development, and people-oriented.
- Motivated, adaptable, innovative, and able to think outside of the box.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High geographical flexibility is preferred.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in French is mandatory.
- English language is mandatory.
- Able to reside in Paris (France).
