Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for promoting our range of programs and services to potential students through various channels, including open days, trade shows, and presentations at educational institutions. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement a commercial strategy that meets our business objectives and exceeds our targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  2. Develop and manage the commercial plan, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  4. Qualify, follow up, and support potential students throughout their application process.
  5. Organize and manage recruitment events, including interviews and selection processes.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and educational institutions.
  7. Develop and implement social media and marketing strategies to promote our programs and services.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a BtoC environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the education sector and be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions.
