Business Process Improvement Expert

At Safran Electrical & Power (SEP), we are seeking a highly experienced Master Black Belt/Black Belt to lead our continuous improvement activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and improving our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement company-wide strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead and support Lean Sigma initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide coaching and training to employees on Lean Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Manage the interface between SE&P Safran+ communities and ensure seamless communication.
- Deploy lean sigma tools, processes, and practices across the organization.
- Actively promote best practice sharing and encourage employee involvement in their working environment.
- Support the functional direction in developing improvement roadmaps and simplifying transverse company processes.
- Organize benchmarking activities to improve overall company performance.

Requirements:
- Strong experience in the aerospace industry and functional team management.
- Experience in Lean Sigma tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written).
- Frequent travel required, France and International.
