Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager - Europe to lead our consolidation and technical accounting efforts in Europe. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reports, managing financial close processes, and providing technical accounting guidance to our business teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Europe consolidated financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • Manage the monthly and quarterly close processes, including FX management, inventory, and IT/equipment costs
  • Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including cross-jurisdictional and intercompany transactions
  • Partner with our FP&A team to ensure accurate and complete period costs
  • Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial reporting and close processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant financial accounting experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Reporting and US GAAP accounting knowledge
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Power BI
  • Experience with Oracle R12 and Hyperion Financial Management or similar systems
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
