Channel Sales Enablement Specialist

Job Description & Role Responsibilities
An integral member of the Dassault Systèmes team, responsible for driving the transformation and enablement of partners in achieving the cloud sales plan. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Enablement: Classify 3DEXPERIENCE Works customers to provide tailored support and enablement, enhancing cloud utilization.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement a go-to-market strategy to support, guide, and provide sales and client data insights to ensure alignment with Dassault Systèmes' growth strategy.
- Capacity and Skills Validation: Collaborate with partners to validate capacity and skills, ensuring alignment with the sales plan and transformation goals.
- Marketing and Lead Generation: Develop and execute marketing plans to generate leads and support sales efforts.
- Regular Insights and Reporting: Provide regular insights and reporting to Sales Expert Management (GEO Leaders) on 3DEXPERIENCE Works business.
- Adoption and Subscription: Monitor the pace of adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE Works on clients' sides to ensure subscription and timely updates.
- Reference Casing and Storytelling: Emphasize the need for reference casing and work with partners to secure these stories.
- Pipeline Review and Action Planning: Review pipeline with partners to plan actions and trigger value-up activities regularly.
- Enablement Sessions and Continuity: Drive frequent enablement sessions with partner teams to establish continuity of mindshare.
- Partner Acquisition and Onboarding: Recruit new partners to expand the territory in 3DEXPERIENCE Works and lead their onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years (up to 10 years) of direct/indirect sales experience in SW industry, especially in solution/platform or CAD/CAM products.
- Pro-active, result-oriented, and aggressive attitude and mindset as a sales person.
- Excellent and persuasive communication skills.
- English proficiency in business level.
- Multi-national company experience will be a plus.
