We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Cytek Biosciences. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers in France, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cytek instruments and equipment with proficiency and efficiency.
- Professionally managing technical needs of customers, delivering service excellence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Identifying customer needs and contributing to improvements in Cytek products.
- Managing daily schedules to prioritize urgent customer needs and communicating technical information effectively.
- Completing business-related transactions, including Field Service Reports and Instrument Qualification Reports, with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Managing personal service spare parts inventory and demonstrating the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or other technical degree, military training, or experience.
- 2-years experience troubleshooting and repairing Life Science equipment and/or integrated systems.
- Work experience with the repair or service of electrical or mechanical equipment is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in Flow Cytometry Repair is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of biology as it relates to flow cytometry.
- Professional level English and fluency in French is a must – other European languages preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a full-time position, with evening and weekend work required as job duties demand. The position entails a high volume of traveling – up to 75% of the time. The individual should be able to travel on commercial airlines, train, rental/leased car to fulfill job duties. The individual should be able to lift 12-15kgs with ease, and be able to work in a standing position for 4 hours at a time.
