About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Brand for Grow Gorgeous, the Brand Product Strategist will support and implement the long-term brand vision while providing essential planning and reporting. This role is pivotal in building brand equity, enhancing awareness, and driving growth across the brand. You will oversee the global expansion of the brand and marketing mix, collaborating across business functions to optimize portfolio health continuously.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Development:

  1. Develop a clear and defined product strategy informed by data and insights, aligned with the overall business objectives.
  2. Assist in the creation of new products, working on a long-term 24-month timeline in collaboration with THG Labs.
  3. Monitor competitor activities, including new product launches and emerging trends in key categories.
  4. Manage marketing administration tasks, including SKU code creation, sample orders, artwork approvals, and budget tracking.
  5. Produce content for new product launches, including product descriptions and copy.
  6. Analyze NPD performance and derive insights for future launches.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and territory leads to ensure that targeted marketing and campaign plans are executed to a high standard based on market priorities.
  8. Anticipate market and consumer needs, responding with effective solutions.
  9. Continuously assess market competition and maintain strong positioning according to strategic priorities.
  10. Stay informed on customer and market trends, integrating this analysis into brand strategy optimization.

Offline Activation:

  1. Support the retail sales team in executing in-store campaigns to drive traffic and sales, including the development of sales support tools (POS, merchandising plans, brochures, etc.).
  2. Collaborate with the PR team to align on business objectives and create annual PR events.
  3. Regularly report on brand performance and actively seek improvements in any underperforming areas.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in product marketing development.
  2. Previous experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
  3. Strong product sensitivity.
  4. Creative, innovative, and proactive mindset.
  5. Analytical skills with a strong numerical aptitude.
  6. Proven ability to work independently.
  7. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
