Vos missions clés

Vous développez la stratégie de croissance des marques de votre portefeuille :

  1. Réfléchir à une stratégie de positionnement et de croissance de vos marques au sein du portefeuille de Pernod Ricard France, sur le marché français.
  2. Définir les objectifs stratégiques sur vos marques, notamment dans le cadre des processus de budget et de planification, et les plans d'action qui en découlent.
  3. Définir le marketing mix, la stratégie digitale, le Trade Marketing et les expériences de marques en étroite collaboration avec les équipes dédiées.
  4. Piloter avec votre équipe le suivi des performances de vos marques sur le marché français au travers d'outils internes et externes.
Vous participez à la stratégie globale :
  1. Collaborer avec les équipes internationales et les propriétaires de marques à la construction de la stratégie globale (modèles stratégiques, workshops...).
  2. Piloter la localisation de la stratégie globale pour répondre aux spécificités du marché français.
  3. Assurer le rôle de référent France auprès du propriétaire de marque (reporting, présentation de la stratégie et des moyens...).
  4. Participer à la construction d'une marque.
Vous êtes leader de la mise en place du plan d'action défini :
  1. Mobiliser les autres Directions (Trade Marketing, ventes, contrôle de gestion, industriel, international) et coordonner leurs actions pour répondre aux objectifs fixés sur vos marques.
  2. Collaborer avec le pôle consumer connexion (Brand Expérience, Media, Digital) pour mettre en place des actions au service du développement des marques.
  3. Identifier, recommander et animer les prestataires et partenaires externes les plus performants (studio de création, agences de création, de publicité...).
  4. Gérer l'activité quotidienne des marques de votre portefeuille dans le respect des budgets alloués (publicité promotionnelle, expérience de marque, digital, média).
  5. Analyser les résultats des actions entreprises sur les différents éléments du marketing mix.
Vous êtes le « Brand Ambassador » de vos marques en interne :
  1. Leader des marques que vous incarnez et promouvez : mobiliser, embarquer et coordonner les différents acteurs impliqués dans leur développement.
  2. Manager, coacher et développer votre équipe ; promouvoir les valeurs de Pernod Ricard France (Diversité, Inclusion, Convivialité).
Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description ci-dessous, n'hésitez pas à postuler :
  1. Vous avez au minimum 5 années d'expérience en Marketing.
  2. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités à manager, fédérer, et déléguer.
  3. Vous avez un fort leadership, vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et vous accompagnez le changement.
  4. Vous travaillez de façon transversale et cross fonctionnelle.
  5. Votre capacité à planifier et organiser l'activité, ainsi qu'à piloter plusieurs projets de front (multitasking) est reconnue.
  6. Vous avez une vraie rigueur d'analyse et de synthèse, vous maîtrisez les études et panels.
  7. Vous maîtrisez l'écosystème des marques (outils et leviers des stratégies digitales et d'expériences de marques), afin de contribuer à leur stratégie.
  8. Vous êtes à l'aise à évoluer dans un environnement interne (politique générale, juridique...) et externe (univers cible, prestataires, influenceurs, veille...) riche.
  9. Vous avez une forte sensibilité à l'innovation, à la créativité et au digital.
  10. Vous parlez Anglais et Français couramment.
