Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Account Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our NGS clinical solutions to our existing and new customers in the academic medical center, routine and pathology testing lab, and hospital markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive successful adoption of our NGS technology within the target markets.
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and deadlines, conducting regular business reviews to ensure alignment with regional forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate customer information through our CRM system, Thermo Fisher Scientific Sales Force.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing and new businesses in targeted accounts, protecting current base business and increasing market share.
  • Improve customer value and satisfaction by effectively aligning complex product solutions and services with key customer initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Thermo Fisher Scientific collaborating partners, savant society, and key decision makers.
  • Provide exceptional business presentation, listening, and influencing skills to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel approximately 50-75% of the time to meet with customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, with relevant experience; or an MS degree in Life Sciences. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrable success in complex selling in the healthcare market, specifically in vitro diagnostics, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proven experience in sales, NGS sequencing, and molecular biology.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry standards, guidelines, and environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
