Job Title: Consolidation Manager

Ceva Santé Animale is seeking a highly skilled Consolidation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing monthly consolidation close activities to ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation, control, and analysis of the monthly group consolidated accounts, including cash flow statements, in compliance with regulatory requirements (French GAAP) and group accounting policies.
  • Implement and maintain appropriate controls around the consolidation process at both corporate and subsidiary levels to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial statements.
  • Perform in-depth analyses and controls on individual reporting packages from subsidiaries to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Provide top management with insightful analyses and understanding of the group consolidated accounts.
  • Ensure effective training and support of finance teams worldwide.
  • Prepare monthly external financial reporting for banks and shareholders, as well as annual financial statements and disclosures.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies in Finance transformation.
  • Liaise with external auditors and ensure smooth completion of audits worldwide within deadlines.
  • Manage a team of 2 people and a trainee, retaining and developing them to ensure critical competence.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or DSCG.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a consolidation role or senior strategic finance role with a focus on Accounting/Consolidation.
  • Strong technical skills in consolidation and accounting, including knowledge of French GAAP. IFRS is a plus.
  • Consolidation tool experience: SAP-FC is a plus.
  • Experience in process optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Required language skills: English.
