Job Overview
In the Global Market Operations (GMO) division, you will be part of the Trade Support Global Securities Financing team, operating within a dynamic trading environment.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing Total Return Swaps (TRS) bookings, adjustments, unwinds, early unwinds, maturities, and rollovers;
- Managing TRS resets, including pay-offs, coupons, and fixing for both Index and Bulk, along with PEA TRS valuations;
- Handling securities transactions (OST) related to TRS restriking;
- Monitoring Hardblocking & Hire Act compliance on the Asset Management Company (AMC) and TRS;
- Administering the loan-borrowing framework and repository management within front office systems (including third-party creations and fee configurations);
- Supporting traders in tracking critical aspects of position management (such as short position monitoring and event management);
- Contributing to the articulation of front office needs, developing internal tools to enhance the front office to back office workflow, and proactively suggesting process optimizations to minimize manual interventions in Trade Support operations.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
About you: If you resonate with the following profile, you are well-suited for this role:
You possess a higher education degree in finance and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a front office support capacity.
You are knowledgeable in:
• Equity products;
• Market activities and products, along with the front office to back office processing chain;
• Sophis, and ideally Summit;
• Standard office applications, with a preference for VBA proficiency.
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities, and you are:
• Capable of enhancing existing processes aimed at continuous improvement, security, and reliability of operations;
• Possessing strong analytical and synthesis capabilities;
• A proactive contributor to discussions.
You are fluent in English at a C1 level.
