We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Legal Counsel to join our team at IDEMIA. As a key member of our Smart Identity Division, you will play a critical role in supporting our business segments and developing strong relationships with our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert legal and contractual support to our business teams, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and negotiate procurement contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, supply agreements, and manufacturing agreements.
- Work closely with our R&D teams to draft and negotiate research collaboration agreements, consortium agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
- Assure conformity and consistency in the application of our governance and policies.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in commercial law and contracts, with experience in R&D and collaborative agreements. You will also have excellent oral and writing skills in English, with the ability to resolve complex legal issues on technical subjects.
A Master's degree in business law or contracts law is required, with a specialization in new technology law and/or international experience being a plus.
With 5 years of legal and contractual experience in an international group or law firm, you will have a broad understanding of public procurement and international industrial projects.
