About the Role

Dataiku is seeking a highly skilled People Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR and Finance teams, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Workday solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
  • Assist in the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday
  • Configure, test, validate, and implement changes in Workday
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Workday HCM, including business processes, security, and general system administration
  • Provide expert-level support for Workday integrations, including XLSTs, Core Connectors, and Studio
Requirements
  • Native-level French and fluent English
  • ~2+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including business processes, security, and general system administration
  • ~ Expertise in at least two additional Workday functional areas (Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent & Performance, etc), or the ability to learn them
  • ~ Possess a solid understanding of custom reports, calculated fields, and EIBs
  • Workday consulting experience is a strong plus
