People Systems Analyst

Dataiku is seeking a skilled People Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our People Systems team, you will be responsible for supporting the organization with systems-related inquiries and enhancements, and leading small projects in collaboration with our People team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for People System-related inquiries
- Collaborate with HR and Finance leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Assist in the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday
- Configure, test, validate, and implement changes in Workday
- Create and maintain the documentation of procedures and processes; develop user guides as needed
- French at a native level and fluent English
- 2+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including business processes, security, and general system administration
- Expertise in at least two additional Workday functional areas (Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent & Performance, etc), or the ability to learn them
- Possess a solid understanding of custom reports, calculated fields, and EIBs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Workday consulting experience is a strong plus
- Experience managing and troubleshooting Workday integrations (XLSTs, Core Connectors, Studio, etc)
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Experience working in a global organization
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive system implementation and enhancement projects
