Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join our HR team. The successful candidate will assist the Group Reward team in its missions, various transversal projects, and initiatives such as fair pay, diversity & inclusion, and HRIS transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Group Reward team in its missions, various transversal projects, and initiatives.
- Support on various Reward topics, including contributing to the Group Executives compensation review, supporting the Group Executives role grading process, and engaging with external consultants and third-party providers.
- Be a support pillar for the team in data management and analysis, creating reports and dashboards using our internal HRIS database.
- Helping the team maintain up-to-date individual files and compensation database, monitoring data quality and consistency in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Support the team with individual case management around various related-topics such as social security, taxation, immigration, contract preparation, and relocation.
- Knowledge in HR and/or Rewards.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Advanced level of Excel.
- Capacity to react and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
- Multi-cultural mindset.
- Team player Project Management and result-oriented.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal, able to also understand French.
