TSI-CPS-STR (Strategy, Transversal Services, Research & Innovation) functions as a cross-functional organization built on eight fundamental pillars:
1- Providing expertise to lead and/or support any initiative or program while uniting project management stakeholders in a vibrant project management Community.
2- Establishing the technological strategy for our Chief Technology Officer.
3- Defining and advocating for the Technical Services Portfolio that complements all Amadeus offerings.
4- Steering the operational transition of Amadeus applications to the cloud and overseeing the Governance for the Curiosity Program.
5- Delivering Artificial Intelligence and Research expertise to all business units, leading the GenAI Center of Excellence, and orchestrating the Amadeus TechWatch to investigate emerging technologies.
6- Accelerating innovation through the Lift program and the Corporate Innovation Capability, standardizing methodologies via COMPaaS, and managing communication for the CTO, the TSI organization, and the Engineering Community.
7- Supporting and nurturing key technological initiatives with strategic European projects.
8- Cultivating internal and external partnerships for strategic objectives.
As the Program Manager for AI Compliance, you will report to a CPS-STR-PCE Project Management team lead, part of pillar 1.
From an operational standpoint, this program is situated within the Legal & Regulatory stream in the AI Office, overseen by Noelle HIGHAM. Noelle HIGHAM and Laurent CHAUVIN are expected to be the program directors, with Jackson PEK & Sylvain ROY serving as sponsors.
Job Details:
Your primary responsibility will be to establish the program tailored to the EU AI Act:
Prepare initial Project charter proposal: Define/propose program governance (including key stakeholders and streams if necessary) / decision bodies. Validate with sponsors. Define scope. Estimate program costs. Identify resource needs. Prepare a high-level plan. Identify risks.Potentially lead a Request for Proposal (RFP) process, providing key requirements and deliverables if/when external support is necessary (in collaboration with purchasing, legal, and all required teams).Main Activities & Deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams including legal, engineering, and product development:
Comprehend AI Act regulations and compile a comprehensive list of requirements.Identify necessary activities to meet these requirements (create a list of activities and impacted areas).Facilitate actions so that various organizations identify and categorize all Amadeus AI models and systems into risk categories in a timely manner.Collaborate with units and key stakeholders to update/create policies ensuring regulatory compliance (Product Lifecycle, Software Development Lifecycle, Internal Policies, etc.) and lead the implementation of appropriate processes and solutions.Design and implement communication and training initiatives to educate employees on AI compliance and literacy.Monitor and report on the progress of our AI models and systems compliance.Key Accountabilities:
Project Management

Address issues promptly to minimize impact.Effective Budget Management: Manage program finances, optimizing resource allocation and financial planning.Interdependencies Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between various projects and programs within the larger program. Ensure seamless coordination.Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage and allocate resources across different projects within the program.Change Management and Communication: Develop and support effective change management and communication strategies. Collaborate with Change Management practitioners and communication specialists.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders involved in the program.
