Infrastructure Security Specialist

At Lonza, we're committed to creating a safer and more secure environment for our employees, customers, and partners. As an Infrastructure Security Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our IT systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement effective security controls to protect our IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure the security posture of our IT systems.
- Provide security training and awareness programs to employees to promote a culture of security within the organization.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on infrastructure security.
- Professional security certifications, such as CISSP or CISM.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001.
