Risk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Risk Analyst at AVEM. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks that could impact our business.

• Pilot the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and procedures to ensure effective risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Collaborate with business units to identify and assess operational risks, and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to management on risk mitigation and control measures.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, risk matrices, and other risk management tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date risk information.
• Provide risk management training and awareness programs to employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in risk management.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in risk management, and ensure that our risk management practices are aligned with these standards.

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, finance, or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess complex risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
