Job Title: Senior RF Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our team at MVG | Microwave Vision Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for crafting technical proposals, accurately costing solutions, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to define the most suitable solutions to meet customer needs in EMC/RF and Antenna testing measurements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to gather the necessary information and resources for the proposal.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of RF shielding, EMC test systems, and antenna measurement techniques.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to the development of technical proposals and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of RF shielding, EMC test systems, and antenna measurement techniques.
  • Experience in bid management of large proposals is desirable.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with an engineering discipline, preferably in mechanics, RF, and/or EMC.
