Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Offshore Structural Engineer to join our team in the Renewable Sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing drawings, working with draftsmen, and applying industry standards such as DNV-RP-C203, DNV-OS-C101&201, API-RP-2A WSD/LRFD, and AISC 9th Edition.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze drawings and designs for offshore wind projects
- Collaborate with draftsmen to ensure accurate and efficient design development
- Apply industry standards and best practices to ensure high-quality designs
- Use beam software SACS to optimize design and performance
- Experience with ABAQUS software is mandatory
- Experience with wind farm projects, including DNV-ST-0437/0126/0119 or equivalent, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of panel structural checks and hand calculations is an asset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential
- English language proficiency is mandatory
