Join our team at M&G as an Office Administrator and play a key role in supporting our Country Manager and operations team in Paris. As a skilled administrator, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including office administration, reception duties, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Country Manager and operations team.
  • Administering office supplies, tenancy agreements, and insurance policies.
  • Preparing invoices for accounting and managing costs and payments.

We're looking for:

  • An experienced office administrator with a background in financial services, preferably bilingual in French and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office Suite and self-sufficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and highly organized individual with a background in process management.
