As a Finance and Administration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the comprehensive accounting functions of the organization, including the preparation of tax filings and financial reports.
- Coordinating with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Supervising the accounting processes related to clients and suppliers, including payment processing, invoicing, and credit management.
- Ensuring timely monthly closings, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and contributing to the consolidation of financial reporting.
- Conducting monthly expense cutoffs to maintain accurate financial records.
- Verifying bank reconciliations and managing cash flow effectively.
- Monitoring cash flow, particularly focusing on overdue receivables, in collaboration with the sales department and collection agencies.
- Overseeing the accounting data lifecycle from entry to the presentation of income statements, covering purchase, sales, and banking cycles.
- Preparing financial statements and completing tax returns accurately.
- Handling social and tax declarations in compliance with regulations.
- Recording and verifying monthly payroll, along with preparing periodic social declarations.
- Contributing to the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting.
- Leading a team by managing schedules and leave requests.
- Engaging with stakeholders in English to facilitate clear communication.
Required Skills / Knowledge:
- Proficient in accounting practices up to the preparation of financial statements, with a strong grasp of financial management and French tax regulations.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other office tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software, with the ability to analyze and synthesize financial data effectively.
- Strong professional communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent team collaboration, high level of organization, discretion, innovative problem-solving abilities, comfort with numerical data, and independence.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
