Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) excellent(e) Responsable de magasin adjoint(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de The North Face basée à Paris (75006).

En tant que Responsable de magasin adjoint(e), vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en soutenant le responsable et en contribuant à la réussite du magasin.

Nos Responsables de magasin adjoints disposent selon nous d'une excellente opportunité de développer tout leur potentiel. Pourquoi? Parce que nous offrons le soutien d'une entreprise mondiale tout en responsabilisant nos employés au niveau de chaque magasin.

Nous attendons de nos Responsables de magasin adjoints qu'ils fournissent un service client exceptionnel tout en accomplissant les fonctions suivantes :

  • Stimuler les ventes et profits en collaboration avec le responsable de magasin
  • Motiver, encadrer et coacher les vendeurs
  • Mettre en œuvre nos procédures de vente établies tout en cherchant des moyens de les améliorer
  • Garder le contrôle des procédures essentielles des opérations de vente telles que l'inventaire, les pertes et profits, etc.
  • Assurer le respect des procédures et politiques opérationnelles
  • Mesurer la performance et comprendre vos KPI de manière à améliorer les résultats du magasin
  • Rendre votre magasin attractif, conformément aux directives de merchandising visuel de la marque
  • Remplacer le responsable de magasin en son absence

Nos Responsables de magasin adjoints jouent un rôle clé dans la gestion du magasin : ils doivent toujours préparer l'étape suivante et donc diriger leur propre équipe.

Comment ferez-vous la différence?

  • Vous avez bénéficié d'une formation reconnue dans le domaine de la vente
  • Vous possédez de l'expérience dans les opérations de vente et la planification
  • Vous savez constituer une équipe performante et êtes un(e) excellent(e) coach, en mesure de motiver des personnes et de contribuer à créer un environnement au sein duquel on s'amuse et on se soutient mutuellement
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes aptitudes de communication écrite et orale [tant en français qu'en anglais]
  • Vous maîtrisez MS Office et différents systèmes de PdV
  • Vous êtes prêt(e) à travailler le weekend, le soir et pendant les vacances, si nécessaire

Qu'est-ce qui fait de vous le/la Responsable de magasin adjoint(e) idéal(e)?

Tout d'abord, vous AIMEZ l'interaction avec la clientèle. Vous éprouvez une joie indescriptible lorsque vous aidez un client à trouver le produit qu'il lui faut. Toutefois, il faut admettre que travailler dans un magasin est parfois éprouvant. Ce n'est pas un problème pour vous, vous êtes un(e) pro lorsqu'il s'agit de gérer des situations stressantes.

Vous montrez parfaitement l'exemple au reste de votre équipe grâce à votre esprit pratique, votre enthousiasme et votre détermination à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle. Vous prendrez même plaisir à transformer vos clients en fidèles [amoureux de la marque The North Face]. Chaque client peut requérir une approche différente et vous savez vous adapter

Vous savez transmettre cette passion à vos collègues et constituer une équipe gagnante partageant votre mission visant à rendre chaque expérience d'achat exceptionnelle. Vous éprouvez de la fierté lorsque vous voyez vos vendeurs évoluer et se développer et avez l'empathie nécessaire pour résoudre les conflits occasionnels et conserver l'esprit d'équipe.
