Mission

Nous recherchons un-une Strategic Account Manager bilingue français-anglais pour rejoindre notre équipe à St Jean de Luz.

Responsabilités
  • Gérer les relations commerciales avec les principaux comptes européens
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marques pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance
  • Coordonner les efforts des équipes pour maximiser les ventes et la profitabilité
  • Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des plans de marketing
  • Établir des relations solides avec les clients pour renforcer la position des marques
  • Identifier de nouveaux axes de croissance et améliorer les performances des collections
  • Concevoir et animer la politique de Trade Marketing
  • Négocier les plans de ventes et les conditions commerciales
  • Gérer le carnet de commandes et les P&L des SKA
Compétences requises
  • Connaissance approfondie du marché Streetwear, Outdoor & Sport Européen
  • Aptitude à incarner les valeurs du groupe et à construire des relations solides avec les clients
  • Capacité à définir et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marques et de catégories produits
  • Excellentes compétences en négociation et en analyse de données
  • Esprit énergique et curieux, avec une grande capacité à fédérer des équipes
  • Sens de l'analyse et disposition à définir et à mesurer des objectifs à court, moyen et long terme
Profil recherché
  • Diplômé d'une formation commerciale supérieure de type Bac + 5
  • Expérience préalable de Responsable Grands Comptes de 3/5 ans minimum au sein de marques Sport ou Lifestyle
  • Bonne connaissance des acteurs clefs du marché Européen et de ses spécificités
  • Maitrise de l'anglais avec idéalement la maitrise d'une seconde langue (Allemand, Espagnol)
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion de la relation client
